This is a beautiful villa on the outskirts of the White village of Carratraca.

 

It is essentially two self contained apartments on separate floors within a single building but is sold as a whole. Each apartment has I double and one twin bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a living area with fireplace. All fittings and fixtures are of a very high standard. The villa is entered through electronic gates, and there is parking for several cars. Outside are two patios, a gazebo, barbecue and a large pool.

There is a good choice of bars and restaurants ten minutes walk away in the village centre. A number of these offer free WIFI access There are a few small/medium-sized shops, a choice of butchers, so you can be self-sufficent in the village. This is indeed the "REAL SPAIN”, but is only 45 minutes from Malaga airport the Costa del Sol, so a day at the beach is a very easy option. The area is extremely beautiful and you can swim fish and hire pedaloes and canoes on the lakes- only 15 minutes drive away.

If you wish to explore Andalucia, this is an ideal location with all the main attractions within 2 hours or less drive- Malaga, Ronda, Marbella, Gibraltar, Seville, Cordoba, Granada.
