This immaculate luxury villa is set in 2500 m2 of beautiful private, well tended gardens of mature palms, trees and flowers just 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Ronda which has a large choice of restaurants, good shops and an amazing cultural heritage.

 

The villa has recently been awarded the highest level for tourist accommodation by the Andalucian tourist board. There are 3 spacious bedrooms- one double with en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a further of these has its own television. The kitchen has everything you could need including microwave, full oven, washing machine & dishwasher. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a beautiful open fireplace, TV and DVD. There are 2 indoor dining tables- one in the kitchen and one in the lounge/diner. The villa is surrounded by wonderful lawned gardens to be enjoyed by guests. There are mature shrubs, palms, flowers and decorative pots. The private driveway leads up through the gardens past a lawned badminton court to the spacious covered terrace. There is a comfortable seating/eating area here as well as darts and table tennis.

The villa has WIFI and there is even a WII for the amusement of children who need to spend a little time out of the sun. At the rear of the villa is a very large private pool (11mx 6m), open & covered terraces, outdoor seating, sun loungers and dining area & a large feature barbecue which also has a sink and wood burning stove. The villa is on an exclusive development of similar properties, each of which has total privacy & entrance is via a good road from Ronda. From the grounds of the villa you can enjoy the stunning views of the mountains of the Sierra de las Nievas. If holidaying with young children, the villa also has 2 cots and a high chair if required.there are also 2 cots available, and one high chair to accommodate 2 babies in addition, should this be required. Should you wish to have a night out without the car, there are 2 restaurants within walking distance and the owner, Diego, will offer a taxi service to Ronda, if required. Reduced rates for the near by tennis club are also available

Ronda is also famous for its bullring, the oldest, and the most beautiful one in Spain; the arena itself is also the country's largest. One of the most charming and fascinating towns in Andalucia, it is very popular with day-trippers from the Costa del Sol, and has a wide range of cafés and restaurants. However, it retains all of its traditional charm and languid atmosphere. It also boasts a superb pedestrianised shopping area and there are a multitude of good quality restaurants and bars. Ronda is located 50 km – 1 hour's drive - from San Pedro de Alcantara on the Coast
